Members' CalendarForthcoming EventsThis is a summary of HME events of interest to our members. For details of events at other clubs, please see the notices and flyers about other clubs' events on our Members' News page. Diesel Day - 16th July 2022. Our annual rally for Diesel outline locomotives (including petrol and electric locos - no steamers!). Interclub visitors are most welcome (sorry - no public admission). Gates open at 9:30; morning and afternoon tea provided; lunch will be available onsite at $2.50 per sausage sandwich. Galston 500 - 29th October 2022. The Galston 500 is our annual fund raiser for MS Australia, in which our trains attempt to cover 500 km during the day. Club meetings are generally held on alternate months, on Playdays at 3:00 pm. Please check with the secretary for dates. Visitors are welcome to attend - please make yourself known to the Chairman beforehand. PlaydaysMonthly Playdays allow club members and their invited guests to enjoy our facilities (sorry - no public admission). Visitors from other AALS affiliated model engineering clubs will be welcome (check our track info). One or more boiler inspectors can be available for consultation (except in December), by prior appointment only, please. Playday dates for the remainder of 2022 are:
